About Esmer

Esmer Mujaj is an associate at Sacco & Fillas, LLP, where he practices in the firm's Personal Injury Group. He represents individuals injured as a result of the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Before joining Sacco & Fillas, LLP, Esmer practiced personal injury at an established Manhattan law firm. His legal background also includes commercial litigation and real estate matters at a Brooklyn-based firm. During law school, Esmer held successive internships with the Richmond County District Attorney's Office, where he worked in the Appeals Bureau and assisted in drafting appellate briefs for matters before the Appellate Division, Second Department. With extensive trial experience in courts throughout New York City and Long Island, he understands the importance of thorough preparation and effective courtroom advocacy.
