About Christian
Christian E. Schlegel, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Personal Injury Group representing clients in legal matters such as motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and premises cases involving slip and falls. Christian graduated with a B.A. from the English Honors Program at George Mason University. He then attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as an Editor on the Tennessee Law Review. After graduation, Christian represented plaintiffs in Asbestos/Toxic Tort and Personal Injury matters in Tennessee before moving back to Virginia, where he represented plaintiffs in Personal Injury matters in Virginia and the District of Columbia. After moving to New Jersey in 2010, Christian worked at a small civil litigation firm in Toms River, where he represented a number of Ocean County municipal defendants in Law Against Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Wrongful Termination matters. He also served as Municipal Prosecutor for 31 different municipalities. Christian worked as an Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor in its Pre-Trial Unit when the New Jersey Bail Reform Act took effect. Immediately prior to joining the firm, he represented clients involved in Auto Insurance, Insurance Coverage, Workers' Compensation, and General Liability matters.
