The defendant had this file marked “no pay” pre-trial, and demanded a full trial. I guess defendants’ change their mind when Lamont Rodgers shows up for trial and hands them a plaintiff’s verdict. But for, the Court’s intervention post-verdict defendant almost got their damages trial and then the carrier had a lot of explaining to do to its insured why he was personally financial exposed. Phenomenal job for Lamont!! Keep the “no pay” markings coming doesn’t give us much to think about except VERDICT.
