Victor Bota, Esq.

Victor Bota, Esq. is an associate at Sacco & Fillas, LLP who practices in the Personal Injury Group, representing clients who have been injured in car and motorcycle accidents, construction accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, slip/trip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice.

Mr. Bota is a native of Romania. He immigrated to Queens with his family at the age of seven and obtained his undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton, graduating top of his class in 2012 with summa cum laude honors.

Thereafter, Mr. Bota interned at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, in the Narcotic Investigations and Special Proceedings Bureaus, where he developed a passion for the law. His experience at the District Attorney’s Office spurned him to attend law school.

Mr. Bota earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2015. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Diccia T. Pineda-Kirwan, Supreme Court, Nassau County. Following graduation, he began practicing law with a prominent medical malpractice defense firm, where he represented physicians, hospitals, dentists, and other medical professionals in malpractice lawsuits. Subsequently, Mr. Bota joined a national defense firm where he defended construction companies, automobile dealerships, armored car carriers, commercial trucking companies, commercial tenants and school bus companies in major lawsuits.

Mr. Bota focuses his practice at Sacco & Fillas, LLP exclusively on unyielding advocacy for those who were injured because of the negligence of others. As a former defense lawyer with criminal and civil experience, he is an invaluable asset to Sacco & Fillas, LLP and its clients, for whom he zealously advocates at each stage of the case from inception through and including any trial.
