Overview
Shira J. Biegacz, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Commercial Litigation Group, with a focus on Construction and Real Estate Litigation. Ms. Biegacz represents contractors, developers and material suppliers in all phases of litigation, including: construction contract drafting, RPAPL 881 access Petitions, construction contract litigation and mechanics lien foreclosure/defense. Ms. Biegacz also represents brokers, homeowners and developers in Real Property actions for broker’s fees, quiet title, specific performance, partition and more.
Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Shira developed and honed her skills in judgment enforcement, real estate litigation, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. This diversified background helps her think outside the box and provide clients with the best possible legal guidance and representation.
