Patricia R. Lynch, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Commercial Litigation Group. Ms. Lynch focuses her practice in Family Law, representing clients in uncontested and contested divorces, involving issues such as equitable distribution, spousal support/maintenance, custody, and visitation, along with a wide range of Family Law matters, such as paternity petitions, orders of protection, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, modification of settlement agreements, child support petitions, guardianships, powers of attorney, and name change petitions. Ms. Lynch also practices in Employment Law, where she represents and protects workers from a wide range of employment issues and employers from unfounded actions by employees. She has represented clients and litigated a wide-range of employment-related actions, such as wage & hour cases, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, wrongful termination and retaliation claims, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims. Ms. Lynch appears regularly before New York State and Federal Courts, agencies, and arbitrators. Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Ms. Lynch developed a diversified background in family law, criminal law, and insurance defense litigation.
