Michael S. Warycha, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Personal Injury Group representing clients who have been injured in accidents such as motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, premise cases involving slip/trip and falls. Michael has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in all aspects of civil litigation. Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Michael was the case manager at a major New York personal injury trial firm overseeing the day to day operations of his assigned cases with extensive experience conducting depositions, arbitrations, mediations, negotiating settlements, and appearing in the courts in all five boroughs.
