Joseph Benincasa IV, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the NFL Concussion Settlement Group representing clients who have sustained head and brain injuries during their time spent in the NFL and other professional football leagues. Joseph also practices sports and entertainment law, representing various athletes and entertainers with respect to all of their legal needs. Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Joseph developed a diversified background in sports and entertainment law, labor and employment law, corporate law, and commercial litigation. Joseph also has experience as a defense attorney representing insurance defense companies in claims regarding labor and employment and corporate litigation cases.
