Overview
Joseph Badalov, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Real Estate Group representing Borrowers and Lenders in commercial and residential lending transactions, including private lending, lines of credit and mortgage modifications. Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Joseph developed a diversified background in commercial real estate and other transactional practice. Joseph also has extensive experience as a title clearance officer representing commercial investors in acquisition of multifamily apartment buildings and mixed-use properties.
Focusing his practice on Commercial Real Estate Finance, he regularly represents institutional lenders in their capacity as originators of mortgage financing for multi‐family residences, commercial office buildings, and he also has significant experience serving as counsel in connection to secured and unsecured loans.
Joseph also engages in representing the firm’s clients in matters such as general corporate matters and leasing.
