Overview
Joanne Ciaramella, Esq. is legal counsel for the Real Estate Division of SACCO & FILLAS, LLP, overseeing the firm’s real estate transactional matters for private clients and commercial lenders. Ms. Ciaramella has extensive experience handling all facets of residential and commercial transactions for purchases, sales, leasing, commercial and private financing. She represents a multitude of clients ranging from the first-time homebuyer to the seasoned investor and commercial lending institution. Ms. Ciaramella is equally well versed in handling transactions for cooperatives, condominiums, single and multi-family residential, mixed use, apartment and office buildings, retail commercial properties, and vacant land throughout New York City and New York State.
Ms. Ciaramella has practiced extensively in other substantive areas of law, including estates and trusts, elder law, commercial business transactions and personal injury. Her knowledge of estates and trusts and commercial business matters are assets to her real estate practice. Ms. Ciaramella takes pride in her hands-on attention to clients and to counseling out of state clients and lenders on New York real estate practice and procedures.
