Overview
Jennifer Fleming is an Associate Attorney. She is a highly experienced personal injury litigator in medical malpractice, construction site accidents, motor vehicle and truck collisions, and premises liability cases. She excels in medically and scientifically intricate cases.
Ms. Fleming started her legal career in 2001 as a law firm records clerk and quickly became a managing paralegal who oversaw various legal departments in a busy NYC law firm. She worked full-time as a paralegal while attending law school in the evening. In 2009, she was admitted as an attorney to the New York bar and has ever since been advocating for and representing plaintiffs in all types of personal injury cases.
Ms. Fleming graduated from New York Law School and was a Dean’s Scholar for eight consecutive semesters. She was a member of the Law Review and served as Executive Articles Editor. Jennifer has a M.A. in Russian History from Michigan State University and a B.A. in History from The College of New Jersey.
