Overview
Elias N. Fillas is a graduate of Hofstra University and Hofstra Law School. As an accomplished trial attorney, advisor, consultant, and supervising partner of the firm, Mr. Fillas works closely with the firm’s attorneys and paralegals on a day-to-day basis to ensure the expediency and the utmost quality in the legal representation of our clients and has participated and overseen the resolution of thousands of cases involving each practice group.
Mr. Fillas has advised hundreds of individuals, corporations and investment groups on the feasibility of large commercial and residential real estate developments, debt structuring, funding, finance, joint ventures, business development, product development, real estate management and acquisitions in various cities across the United States. Additionally, Mr. Fillas has also served as general counsel and advisor to corporations and organizations including numerous church parishes, nonprofit organizations, associations and other entities.
As an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District, Mr. Fillas has successfully argued numerous cases at the State, Federal and Appellate level in the areas of personal injury and real estate litigation and has assisted countless businesses in obtaining the licensing required for the startup of our client’s establishments. Mr. Fillas has lectured on topics of real estate law, commercial and business law and personal injury to various focus groups and associations within the State of New York.
