Overview
Andrew K. Rafalaf, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the firm’s Business and Commercial Group and Real Estate Group, representing individual and institutional clients in commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, and appeals. A seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Rafalaf has successfully guided clients in a variety of industries— including the construction, real estate, financial, hospitality, entertainment, technology, and pharmaceutical industries— through all phases of litigation, from pleadings to trial or settlement and appeals. Mr. Rafalaf has also represented individuals and companies in criminal investigations, conducted internal investigations and compliance reviews, and advised clients on campaign finance matters.
