Jack Berry, Esq. is an associate at SACCO & FILLAS, LLP who practices in the Personal Injury Group representing a broad array of clients, including those who have have had their civil rights violated or otherwise injured in incidents with the police or government officials. Mr. Berry’s enthusiastically pursues such civil rights cases including false arrests, police brutality, malicious prosecution, and false imprisonment cases. He also represents those injured in intentional torts such as assault and battery as well as individuals harmed in accidents such as motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, and premise cases involving slip and falls. Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Jack developed a diversified background in international mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, and worked for numerous firms and businesses in the entertainment and fashion industries.
Focusing his practice at Sacco & Fillas, LLP, Mr. Berry pursues cases against various state actors and holds them responsible for civil rights violations and injuries sustained by his clients.
