Overview
William Sung, Esq., is an associate at Sacco & Fillas, LLP, who serves as an integral member of the personal injury department, with a focus on catering to the Asian Community in the tri-state area. Mr. Sung has represented hundreds of clients in a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, slip and fall / trip and fall premises liability cases, as well as medical malpractice cases. In addition, Mr. Sung maintains continuing relationships with various commercial clients, representing them in litigation as well as transactional deals, such as real estate closings and labor / employment law issues.
Prior to joining Sacco & Fillas, Mr. Sung practiced at other New York-based law firms with a background in landlord-tenant law and creditors’ rights. Mr. Sung has provided consulting services to both landlords and tenants, creditors and debtors alike, and espouses a zealous attitude towards accomplishing his clients’ legal and professional objectives.
Mr. Sung graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University, and has an undergraduate background in accounting and marketing, graduating from Stony Brook University with a B.S. degree in business management. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Sung spent several years as a consultant and in private education.
